“I have been part of the PropertyTime Family since July 2016, (with the exception of a four-month period where I assisted a colleague with the starting-up of her own company).

 My experience with Property Time has been that of only great praise.

 Shortly after joining PropertyTime in early 2015, I experienced a work freedom I did not know was possible in our industry.

In my previous agency, I fell into the trap of doing what I knew was expected of me, as if I was an employee, instead of doing what I knew was right for me and for my abilities. Their way of working just wasn’t my way which led inevitably to frustration for all concerned.

As a Full Status agent, I am truly INDEPENDENT and given the freedom to express and develop my own way of working, my own way of expressing myself and develop my business for myself, but not by myself.

We don’t do office politics! Not only because we do not have offices (we work from home, car, coffee shop, wherever) but mainly because we have minimal rules and maximum entrepreneurial freedom. The only behavioural expectation is to be a professional, ethical agent and be guided by your conscience and our Code of Conduct.

The company provides all the tools I need to function successfully in our industry, keeps me abreast of regulatory and other industry changes, fosters close relationships, and then leaves me alone to follow my dreams, not someone else’s.

Oh, AND I get to keep most of the hard-earned commission!!
